What a great first day. Both my schools won... and will be facing each other for what seems like the hundredth time in the last few years. We didn’t have any buzzer beaters, but we saw a triple double from Ja Morant, Pitino’s revenge, Wofford go nuclear to close out Seton Hall, and incredibly impressive opening performances from Kentucky and Gonzaga. Let’s also give Bradley a shoutout for giving the Spartans all they could handle.
Yesterday’s games were wild for gamblers as the first six games all saw the underdog cover the spread. The later slate saw things even out with Florida being the only double digit seed to win their game. Murray State and Minnesota both won earlier in the day. Let’s see what today has in store. As a reminder, you can watch all games on March Madness Live.
