Steve Lorenz of the Michigan Insider has reported that Michigan third-year defensive back Benjamin St-Juste has asked for and has been granted a medical hardship waiver, which will end his Michigan playing career.
St-Juste was a four-star recruit in the 2017 class according to the 247 composite rankings and was a contributor during his freshman season, mainly on special teams. Many thought he would grow to become a valuable member of the secondary, but it wasn’t meant to be.
The cornerback missed all of last season with a variety of undisclosed injuries. He finishes his career with three total tackles.
