The second weekend of the Maize n Brew NCAA Tournament simulation continues as we close out the Sweet Sixteen on Friday, which sees the Michigan Wolverines in action against Arizona State with a trip to the Elite Eight on the line.
The simulations are being run via ncaagamesim.com by selecting the matchups and compiling them based on what happens with ONE CLICK of the mouse. This is the best way for us to simulate the chaos that could ensue during a single basketball game.

(1) Dayton 75, (5) Ohio State 71
The battle of Ohio and trip to the Elite Eight goes to Dayton, who gets some late heroics from...you guessed it, Obi Toppin. The dream season continues for the Flyers, who are now a win away from a trip to the Final Four.
(2) Villanova 74, (3) Duke 65
Down go the Blue Devils, as Villanova becomes America’s team for a night. The Wildcats and Flyers meet on Sunday for a regional championship.
(1) Baylor 74, (4) Kentucky 60
Baylor becomes the third one-seed to advance to the Elite Eight after a rather painless dispatching of John Calipari and company.
(6) Michigan 78, (10) Arizona State 54
This was not the matchup that many saw coming when the brackets were released, but it happened anyways. Michigan not only moves on, but makes a statement and shows it is ready for a shot at the Bears on Sunday.
Are the Wolverines going to keep it rolling? Do Dayton and Baylor look like national title teams given their roads so far? Sound off in the comments below.
