Now that we are into the bulk of the offseason, we want to let you know that we are actively seeking new contributors to join our family and enhance our coverage here at MnB. We have a tremendous staff currently in place, but there is always more room for the family to grow and to add passionate, driven, and creative personalities to our roster of contributors.
Despite the pandemic, we saw growth in a lot of areas over the last year, including the development of our Twitch and YouTube channels, a Discord group, expanded podcasting schedules, continued social media growth, and more. Alongside that, our written content is as good as it ever has been.
There is a strong foundation in place for what this site is and where we want it to keep going. We would love for you to be a part of it.
These are the areas of coverage we currently have:
- Football coverage
- Men’s and women’s basketball coverage
- Football and basketball recruiting
- Non-revenue sports
- Podcast talent/production
- Twitch/YouTube talent
- Video production
As you can see, this has the opportunity to be whatever you want it to be or whatever best suits your skill-set. Experience is not necessarily required, but will is preferred throughout and will be weighed in the process of bringing people in. In any scenario, the ability to work in a laid-back, collaborative online environment will be a strong factor.
We do not have a set amount of additions we are looking to make and are simply looking for good people to join our staff. *Some of these positions have the opportunity for freelance pay on a monthly stipend basis.*
Contributors that have worked for us have gone on to work for Rivals, 247Sports, nationally-acclaimed newspapers, and more. You get to be a part of a team that works hard, is credentialed for in-person events, and has a prominent voice in the Michigan community.
