Michigan Wolverines Remain Dominant On the Field

+

Michigan's ongoing sign-stealing investigation has cast a shadow over their football program, but on the field, the Wolverines continue to be dominant, extending their perfect record to 9-0 with a resounding 41-13 victory over Purdue. The investigation's off-field controversy has not appeared to affect their performance on the gridiron. Anthony Broome from The Wolverine discussed with Andy Staples how the off-field controversy may have had an unexpected positive impact on the Wolverines' on-field performance. "I know it's cliche, but I get the sense that they've kind of rallied around it and internalized it," said Broome. "Which is something that I think, regardless of what people think about how this program has turned things around over the last two years, is a big part of it in terms of the culture that's been built. Players have the ability to not only block out the noise but also internalize and weaponize it." NFR live stream free
