Survey Results: Fans confident Michigan will beat Alabama in Rose Bowl

Fans think Michigan will get the job done on New Year’s Day.

We are just one day away from the Rose Bowl — No. 1 Michigan (13-0) vs. No. 4 Alabama (12-1). The stakes couldn’t be higher with the winner of the tilt heading to the national championship in Houston.

In this edition of SB Nation Reacts, we asked Michigan fans how confident they are that Michigan will defeat Alabama in the Rose Bowl.

44 percent of fans are confident while 17 percent are extremely confident. Just 28 percent of fans are unconfident.

We also asked fans what the result of the Rose Bowl will be from a betting perspective. Per DraftKings Sportsbook, Michigan’s currently a 1.5-point favorite over Alabama.

54 percent of fans think Michigan either wins or covers the spread, 32 percent say Michigan loses outright and 14 percent believe Michigan will win but not cover the spread.
