The Michigan Wolverines are headed to the National Championship after a dramatic overtime Rose Bowl victory over the Alabama Crimson Tide. It will be the first time in the Jim Harbaugh era the Wolverines have gotten past the semifinal round, and they’ll face a fellow undefeated team in the Washington Huskies.

As we approach the offseason, rumors have already been swirling once again about Harbaugh heading to the NFL. He was asked multiple times at the Rose Bowl about potential NFL openings, and specifically the job with the Los Angeles Chargers, a franchise he previously played for.

One of his goals when he came to Ann Arbor was to restore where this program. He has certainly done that with back-to-back-to-back Big Ten championships, three College Football Playoff appearances, and now a shot at a National Championship next week.

Still, every year the same thing is said: Harbaugh wants another chance at a Super Bowl. It is maybe the most consistent report each year when Harbaugh’s name comes up in the NFL search.

After accomplishing the goal of bringing Michigan back to relevance and having a shot to win it all next week, what do you think Harbaugh does if the Wolverines take home a championship?

This game should be a good one. Washington has been underrated all season long and has one of the best quarterbacks in college football in Michael Penix Jr. who has brought the Huskies to a perfect season and shot a title.

DraftKings SportsBook has the Wolverines listed as a 4.5-point favorite in this one. Do you think they win? And if they do, do they cover?
