Out of the Blue: A struggling Wisconsin team will be hungrier than ever to spoil Michigan’s perfect season

Michigan has not won in Madison since 2001. Does that change Saturday?

NCAA Football: Rutgers at Michigan Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

This week on Out of the Blue, the boys discuss the survival game against Rutgers and where they are on the panic meter heading into Madison.

Next, Jared and Andy dive into a two-loss Wisconsin Badgers team who is reeling a bit after a 41-13 loss to Notre Dame and former Badger quarterback Jack Coan. Current Wisconsin quarterback Graham Mertz is 0-5 against ranked opponents and the Badgers as a whole have not beaten a ranked opponent since 2019.

While factual, the recent struggles of Wisconsin mean nothing to a Michigan team who has been crushed in their last two meetings against the Badgers. Can Jim Harbaugh right the ship and even the score 3-3 against Paul Chryst?
