Michigan Basketball rode a hot offense to a 96-60 blowout win over Bryant University (2-10) in its final non-conference game of 2015 on Wednesday evening in Ann Arbor.
Caris LeVert and Zak Irvin led the way with 19 and 16 points, respectively. Duncan Robinson also chipped in with 12 points of his own.
The barrage began early on for the Wolverines, who hit on 12 of their 20 three-point attempts in the first half. They would finish the opening session with 17 assists on 21 made shots overall.
The Wolverines hit 17 threes as a team on Wednesday, which is a school-record.
Michigan struggled defensively, but when they are on from the perimeter, they are able to mask those deficiencies. Thankfully for them, Bryant did not present much of a challenge outside of Hunter Ware, who led the team with 26 points.
John Beilein and the Wolverines will now have seven days off to enjoy the holidays before opening Big Ten Conference play at Illinois next Wednesday.
