Michigan Basketball has officially set its 2017-18 in stone with the announced of the Big Ten Conference slate of games for the upcoming season.
The Wolverines open Big Ten play on Dec. 2 when they welcome Indiana to Crisler Center and travel to Columbus two days later for a showdown with Ohio State on Dec. 4.
A disappointing and continually head-scratching development comes in the form of only one matchup with rivals Michigan State set for Jan. 13 at the Breslin Center in East Lansing.
Michigan concludes conference play on Feb. 24 against Maryland on the road.
The Wolverines open the 2017-18 season on Nov. 3 with an exhibition game against Grand Valley State before the regular season kicks off against North Florida on Nov. 11
