Last season’s Big Ten/ACC Challenge saw the Michigan Wolverines go on the road and play the North Carolina Tar Heels.
The roles are set to be reversed in 2018, as the Wolverines are playing host to the Tar Heels during the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Wednesday, Nov. 28.

Among the more interesting matchups in this year’s challenge include Indiana at Duke, Michigan State at Louisville, Syracuse at Ohio State, Virginia at Maryland and Purdue at Florida State.
The Wolverines will endure quite the schedule in 2018, with a game against reigning champion Villanova and two games guaranteed against Michigan State, Indiana and Maryland. Tack on the game against UNC and a potential matchup against South Carolina or Providence in the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Tip-Off and Michigan will have a difficult, yet potentially rewarding non-conference schedule.
Michigan lost last year’s matchup at UNC 86-71, and have not defeated the Tar Heels since 1992. The Big Ten went a disastrous 3-11 in last year’s Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
