ESPN messes up John Beilein’s name in graphic

ESPN College Gameday tweeted out the resume of Michigan’s former basketball coach, one they found to be quite impressive heading into his new job for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The only problem is they got John Beilein’s name wrong.

“Although he’s headed to the NBA, Jim Beilein put together quite the resume in Ann Arbor,” the tweet said, followed by “JIM BEILEIN RESUME WITH MICHIGAN” in all caps and bold font.

I’m just waiting for an ESPN tweet talking about Michigan football coach John Harbaugh. The rest of the information in the graphic is correct, but John Beilein is not Jim Beilein, John’s nickname is not Jim. You had one job, ESPN!
