The Michigan Wolverines one and only 2020 basketball commit, Zeb Jackson, has announced he is transferring to Montverde Academy in Montverde, Florida.

The talented recruit had previously attended Maumee High School in Ohio, but is looking for some stiffer competition in one of the top prep schools in America.

Montverde Academy was the No. 4 team in the country at the end of last season following a 20-3 season.

Jackson will hope to become another alumni of this prestigious school to make the NBA. Some other notable alumni include Ben Simmons, D’Angelo Russell, and RJ Barrett.

He did not waver on his commitment after Juwan Howard was hired and actually expressed his excitement for playing under the Fab Five member. He posted this after Michigan announced Howard on Wednesday:

Seemingly, Jackson is headed to Florida to get better while facing better competition, and it could lead to huge dividends for the Wolverines.
