The Michigan Wolverines bounced back after their first loss last week against the Minnesota Golden Gophers, beating the Maryland Terrapins by over 20 points, to the tune of 87-63. Despite Hunter Dickinson having one of, if not the most quietest days of his Michigan career, Michigan found other ways to get the victory.
Isaiah Livers led the way with 20 points, filling up the stat sheet in an extremely efficient day. Franz Wagner continued to be a nuisance on defense, and put up 15 points of his own. Mike Smith had a great bounce-back game, as well. After posting 0 points in the last game against the Gophers, Smith put up 11 points and added 6 assists to only 1 turnover.
The surprise of the game may have been Brandon Johns Jr. and Austin Davis. These two provided some really valuable depth with Dickinson struggling, posting up 11 and 9 points, respectively.
