Behind an incredible effort from freshman center Hunter Dickinson, the Michigan Wolverines improved to 8-0 (3-0 Big Ten) on the season. Dickinson added another double-double to his early career, putting together a 26-point, 11-rebound performance on a 10-of-11 field goal effort.
Franz Wagner continues to heat up, putting up 19 points. Mike Smith also had one of his strongest games of the season with 16 points and some excellent assists.
Despite some extremely hot shooting from the Maryland Terrapins in the first half (9-of-11 from 3-point range), Michigan was able to keep steady offensively throughout and led almost the entire game.
