Michigan has offered five outside linebackers in the 2015 recruiting cycle, and it may offer a sixth backer before the end of the summer.
St. Xavier sophomore Justin Hilliard (Cincinnati, Oh.) told 247Sports he will camp at Michigan this summer.
The 6-foot-2, 225-pound four-star backer has also been following Michigan’s recent recruiting success. When asked about the Wolverines, Hilliard said three things stuck out to him.
"Michigan is putting together great recruiting classes, and they are going to be really good in the future," Hilliard told 247Sports on Thursday. "The Michigan fan base seems really exciting."
Michigan, a team that does not have a commitment for 2015, has a legitimate chance to land one of the best recruits from Ohio should Hilliard's unofficial visit go well. The interest is definetely there on his part.
Hilliard holds offers from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan State, Nebraska, and Penn State, among others. He has made unofficial visits to three of those schools and plans to make his college decision sometime after his junior season.
"I'm not narrowing down (my list of favorite schools) until maybe the middle of my junior year," Hilliard told ESPN RecruitingNation, "and then make my decision sometime after my junior season and before my senior year."
