WATCH: Jourdan Lewis says Michigan took foot off the pedal vs. MSU

Michigan’s senior cornerback pulled no punches following Saturday’s win vs. MSU.

Michigan walked out of East Lansing with a 32-23 victory on Saturday afternoon over the rival Michigan State Spartans, but it many expected them to win by a wider margin.

Cornerback Jourdan Lewis was happy to walk out with a victory, but says that the effort, at least defensively, was the worst they have had this season.

Lewis and the Wolverines get back on the field in Week 10 with a visit from former defensive coordinator D.J. Durkin and the Maryland Terrapins. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET from Ann Arbor.
