Michigan at Rutgers Game Preview: Streaming/broadcast info and fan predictions

Everything you need to know for Saturday’s contest in Piscataway.

NCAA Football: Wisconsin at Michigan Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

No. 4 Michigan (5-0, 2-0 B1G) heads on the road this weekend to take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (2-3, 0-2 B1G) in a game that should be ugly.

There is no sugarcoating this one. The Scarlet Knights were drubbed 58-0 at the hands of Ohio State last week and this week’s contest should provide a similar result. This is the first time the Wolverines have played on the road this season, so it would not be a huge shock to see them start out flat, but this is a game where there really is no excuse to not cover the 30-point spread.

It will be interesting to see how Wilton Speight adjusts to playing on the road for the first time this season. Michigan should secure an easy win here, so staying healthy heading into the bye week is paramount as well.

Prediction

Michigan 38, Rutgers 3
