The Michigan Wolverines (4-0, 1-0 B1G) welcome the Wisconsin Badgers (4-0, 1-0 B1G) to the Big House on Saturday afternoon for a massive early season top ten matchup.
In what could be a preview of what is to come in December’s Big Ten Championship game, two of 2016’s best teams to this point will take each other on with a lot on the line before a national audience.
These two teams are traditionally two powers in the conference, but have not met on the field since the 2010 season, where the Badgers walked out with a 48-28 win.
Wisconsin has shocked the college football world early on with a pair of wins against top ten teams and bring a nasty defense to Ann Arbor, though it looks like they will be without linebacker Vince Biegel.
Michigan has not faced a whole lot of adversity early on and this is a team that matches up well with them physically. The Wolverines have more talent and athleticism, however, and that should be enough for a victory and a cover of the spread on Saturday afternoon.
The Badgers have a chance to legitimize their early success, while Michigan has a chance to go out and prove that their dominance has not been a fluke and they are for real. I see the outcome of this one being somewhere in the middle with the Wolverines winning by a few scores.
