Michigan vs. Rutgers Game Preview: Prediction, how to watch and more

The Wolverines look to get back on track against the Scarlet Knights.

NCAA Football: Michigan at Rutgers Ed Mulholland-USA TODAY Sports

Michigan takes on Rutgers in its homecoming game on Saturday afternoon at the Big House after a rough loss on the road at Penn State.

John O’Korn is expected to get the start at quarterback again, much to the disappointment of many fans. However, this game can provide an opportunity to get Brandon Peters game action that people have been waiting for.

Rutgers is not quite the cupcake opponent that Michigan found itself up against last season when they beat them 78-0. They have won their last two games and the Wolverines have had struggles of their own.

However, Michigan is still a 23.5-point favorite in this game and for good reason. This is the start of a three-game stretch of must-win games for this program and they will be able to get the job done on Saturday.

Prediction: Michigan 28, Rutgers 6
