The latest addition to the Michigan Wolverines football staff is Director of Player Personnel Sean Magee.

Per a release from MGoBlue.com, Magee comes to Ann Arbor after serving in the same position at the U.S. Naval Academy:

"Sean brings a strong recruiting history and an experienced personnel background to the University of Michigan," said (Michigan Head Coach Jim) Harbaugh. "We are excited to have his military experience, leadership skills and organizational talents help make our program great.

“Throughout the interview process, I felt that Sean answered my questions about how to improve our program before I could even ask them. Michigan football looks forward to having Sean, Sarah and their children, Miles, Stella, Brooks and Colt, join our university family."

Magee is pretty excited too.

Magee was the director of player personnel at Navy for the last five seasons. The role involves leading the planning process for recruiting and coordinating on-campus visits. He also works with the school’s admissions office and with NFL organizations.

A 2004 graduate of Navy and former offensive lineman, Magee also holds a master’s degree in business administration of the College of William & Mary.
