The Michigan Wolverines will open their 2017 season in Big D as they take on the Florida Gators in AT&T Stadium, otherwise known as JerryWorld.

If you’re itching to make it to Texas for the game, which kicks off Sept. 2 and is known as the AdvoCare Classic, tickets go on sale Feb. 20. Kickoff time hasn’t been set yet.

Per MGoBlue.com, each school has exclusive access to seats within its own cheering section. Tickets in the Michigan section can be purchased through the school’s ticket office starting on that date, with priority point totals used to determine access days:

  • Monday, Feb. 20: 500 or more points
  • Tuesday, Feb. 21: 250 or more points
  • Wednesday, Feb. 22: 150 or more points
  • Thursday, Feb. 23: 100 or more points
  • Friday, Feb. 24: 1 or more point
  • Monday, Feb. 27: Public Sale (pending availability)

In other words, unless you have UM priority points built up, your date to buy tickets through the school is Feb. 27, provided seats are still available.

Students can buy one ticket each during the away game sale in April.

Michigan’s home opener is the next Saturday, Sept. 9 against Cincinnati, and the Wolverines open Big Ten Conference play Oct. 7 vs. Michigan State.
