Kingston Davis’ time with the Michigan Wolverines appears to be over.
According to The Michigan Insider’s Sam Webb, Davis’ father informed him that chatter of a possible move to fullback and being pushed down the depth chart are reasons to seek a transfer.

Davis was a three-star prospect coming out of Prattville HS in Alabama in the 2016 class. He enrolled early at Michigan last year and played in only one game last season with two rushes for 16 yards.
With Davis’ decision to transfer, Michigan’s stable of running backs left are Chris Evans, Ty Isaac, Kareem Walker and Karan Higdon.
Spring practice began on Friday for Michigan.
