Michigan Football’s schedules for the 2018 and 2019 seasons are officially set in stone.
The program announced Thursday that they have added three non-conference opponents to the schedule for the next two seasons. The Mid-American Conference’s Western Michigan Broncos come for a Sept. 8 visit in 2018, while Middle Tennessee and Army have been added for the first two weeks of the 2019 season.
The 2019 season features the Notre Dame contest coming on Oct. 26 at Michigan Stadium, which is a departure from the traditional early-season meetings between the two teams.
MTSU’s visit will be the first matchup between these two squads, while Army comes into the Big House with a 5-4 lead in the all-time series. However, Michigan has won the last four with the last game coming in 1962.
