Michigan Football enters this weekend at 2-0 and with a chance for their third win of the season when Air Force comes to Ann Arbor.
The Wolverines need to play a sharper, cleaner game than we saw last week against Cincinnati and that starts with Wilton Speight. To expect perfection would be unrealistic, but fans are itching to see signs he can hold down at fort at quarterback like he is expected to.
Air Force’s option offense will give Michigan’s young defense some problems early, but they will continue to improve with their most unique test of the season so far. It would not be a shock to see a close first half before the Wolverines turn on the breaks in the second.
