Jim Harbaugh is the ultimate motivator, finding different ways to implement a mentality of toughness in his players. He did just that the night before Michigan’s 33-17 victory over Florida.
Harbaugh read a letter to his team:

The point Harbaugh makes is a good one to convey to a youthful Wolverines football team. Here he reads a letter from someone that is risking their life for the American people and way of life, yet this person is just 18 years of age.
This is a prime example to show a team that it doesn’t matter that they’re young, they can still be tough, they still can play college football at a high level and accomplish a lot doing so.
This is the point of Harbaugh reading the letter, and Harbaugh is right. Michigan had a lot of players under 20 play significant downs on Saturday, and most of them showed they were not too young.
