The Wolverines and Bearcats meet for the first time at the Big House.

NCAA Football: Michigan Spring Game Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

Michigan Football (1-0) looks to add their second win of the young 2017 campaign on Saturday when they host the Cincinnati Bearcats (1-0) in the home opener at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor.

The Wolverines moved up three spots in the polls this week up to No. 8 after a mostly-dominant win over the Florida Gators in Dallas in Week 1. This game is not expected to be very close, with Vegas installing Michigan as a 34.5-point favorite in this contest.

This will be the first time that Michigan and Cincinnati have ever met and the second-ever game that former Ohio State assistant Luke Fickell has coached with the Bearcats, so there is a bit of a storyline there.

Something to keep an eye on this week is how sharp Wilton Speight looks after a pair of pick-sixes against the Gators in the first week of the season. Michigan wants to see him get the ball down and hit on more of his deep passes, so it will be interesting to see if they are able to get him in a rhythm we have not seen since last season.

Michigan is a heavy favorite in this game and after the defense they displayed in their 2017 debut, this one will not be all that close. Look for them to blow the spread away in this game.

Prediction: Michigan 45, Cincinnati 0
