Michigan Football was sloppy on Saturday in the win over Cincinnati, but there are still game balls to be given out.

Here are our picks for who gets special recognition from the victory:

Offense: RB Ty Isaac

Is there any doubt that Isaac is and should be this team’s lead running back after his performance the first two weeks of the year?

He rushed for 100-plus yards for the second-straight week and continues to show improved speed and vision than what we have seen in the past. One of the more frustrating aspects about the win is that he was not fed more, because it often times worked.

Isaac finished the game with 20 rushes for 133 yards.

Defense: S Tyree Kinnel

Kinnel was all over the field for the Wolverines in this one, returning a pick-six for a touchdown in the first quarter and also adding a sack in the contest.

The secondary had its fair share of questions coming into the season, but the guys on the back end of proved to be plenty talented in the first two weeks. Also, a shoutout goes to Lavert Hill for his first career pick-six in the fourth quarter.

Special Teams: WR Grant Perry

Grant Perry could have been an honorable mention on offense, and that is basically why he is here, but he also replaced Donovan Peoples-Jones at returner after some troubles early on in the game.

Special teams errors popped up during this game, but Perry was responsible for none of them. That earns him recognition here.

Honorable Mention: Halftime Dinos

Enough said.

Michigan returns home next week for a noon kickoff with a matchup with Air Force.
