AP Top 25 Rival Rankings
- Penn State moves up from No. 17 to No. 14 after beating Iowa 30-24
- Ohio State had a bye week but somehow moves up from No. 11 to No. 8
- Notre Dame stays at No. 3
- Wisconsin falls out of the Top 25
- Georgia moves up to No. 6 and Oklahoma to No. 7
Michigan takes on Penn State at 3:45 ET next Saturday. The Wolverines will finish the season facing Rutgers, Indiana, and Ohio State.
