College football’s Jekyll and Hyde routine rolls into Ann Arbor today, and the Wolverines hope they don’t turtle against the challenge.

Maryland is still dealing with major off-the-field problems after the offseason death of Jordan McNair.

Interim coach Matt Canada has managed to salvage a pretty decent season so far, and the Terps can certainly challenge the Wolverines if they bring their A-game.

Today’s Question: Does Michigan bounce back or get caught looking ahead?

Last week (though on the road), Michigan started terribly before rallying at the end of the first half to begin the comeback.

Maryland has been an up and down team this year with one of the largest ceiling-to-floor discrepancies in the country. A little momentum for the Turtles would go a long way for them carrying out the upset.

Meanwhile, Michigan has an absolute gauntlet coming up with Wisconsin, Michigan State and Penn State over the next month. Can Michigan start fast this week and avoid allowing Maryland to get a taste of an upset? We’ll see.
