Michigan DL Michael Dwumfour carted off field with injury

In the second quarter of Michigan’s game versus Maryland, Wolverines defensive lineman Michael Dwumfour suffered an injury.

While Dwumfour was able to get up under his own power, he limped to the cart with help from medical personnel. It appears the injury was to the lower body, a leg or foot injury of some sort.

Dwumfour was down for over a few minutes, and the entire team gathered around him as he was being tended to.

Dwumfour recorded a sack before leaving the game.
