The Michigan Wolverines are heavy favorites on the road against Rutgers this Saturday, opening as a 37.5-point favorite, according to VegasInsider.com.
The line is already up to 39 points at BetOnline.
We all remember what happened the last time Michigan traveled to Piscataway — a 78-0 can of whoop ass against the Chris Ash-led Scarlet Knights. Pretty much everyone scored in that game, and the Wolverines even went for a fake extra point on their fourth touchdown of the night.
However, last year in Ann Arbor was a different story. John O’Korn started the game 3-of-6 with an interception before giving way to Brandon Peters the rest of the way.
Peters went 10-of-14 for 124 yards and one touchdown to lead Michigan to a 35-14 win.
Michigan is 3-1 against Rutgers since joining the Big Ten, winning the last three by a combined score of 162 to 30.
