The Canadian product did not participate in spring football after it was reported in March that he was planning to take a medical retirement from the team. He did not play in 2018 with a hamstring ailment. St-Juste never confirmed the medical retirement and his social media activity suggests he still plans to play in some capacity somewhere else.
“To clarify things on my situation, I never retired from playing football,” St-Juste says. ”I had no power in that decision so stay tuned to my next announcement this week.”
St-Juste was an early enrollee after joining in the class of 2017. He appeared in 12 games in his first season with the program but did not play last season.
