The Maize n Brew staff’s Composite All-Big Ten Preseason Football Team

The staff got together and voted on their picks for the best players in the Big Ten ahead of the 2019 season.

College Football is not as far away as you think, meaning its time to get our minds right and prepare for the upcoming season. The Maize n Brew staff got together over the last few weeks to vote on our All-Big Ten team ahead of the 2019 campaign and below is how it all wound up shaking out.

I’m sure some of our individual ballots will be revealed soon, so if you have a problem with a selection, take it up with them!

Quarterback: Shea Patterson, Michigan

Running Backs: Jonathan Taylor, Wisconsin; J.K. Dobbins, Ohio State

Wide Receivers: Rondale Moore, Purdue; Donovan Peoples-Jones, Michigan

Tight Ends: Pat Freiermuth, Penn State; Brycen Hopkins, Purdue

Offensive Tackles: Alaric Jackson, Iowa; Cole Van Lanen, Wisconsin

Offensive Guards: Ben Bredeson, Michigan; Rashawn Slater, Northwestern

Center: Tyler Biadasz, Wisconsin

Defensive Ends: Chase Young, Ohio State; Kenny Willekes, Michigan State

Defensive Tackles: A.J. Epenesa, Iowa*; Raequan Williams, Michigan State

Linebackers: Joe Bachie, Michigan State; Paddy Fisher, Northwestern, Khaleke Hudson, Michigan

Cornerbacks: Lavert Hill, Michigan; Josiah Scott, Michigan State
