FOCO has released a new batch of bobbleheads from its “Gates Series” that feature a pair of Michigan Football stars of recent memory. Both Devin Bush and Chase Winovich are now available in their online store and Maize n Brew got their hands on them to check out what the hype is all about.
To put it simply, these are two of the most accurate-looking bobbleheads that I’ve seen. Sometimes the bobblehead game can be sort of Picasso-y in terms of what player likenesses look like, but these are pretty dead on, if you ask me.
The price tag comes at $40 each, but it’s as solidly built as they come with a wide base to sit on and one of the feet on each actually bolts into the base, so it is a little bit delicate in that regard. These are handcrafted and limited, so fans that are interested should jump on it while they still can.
Here’s a snippet of the release from FOCO:
FOCO is excited to introduce series two of their “Gates Series” collectable bobbleheads highlighting the collegiate careers of some of the top rookies from the 2019 NFL Draft.
These are the first officially licensed bobbleheads to feature these star players in the uniforms they wore during their prolific collegiate careers. Series Two includes quarterback Kyler Murray (Oklahoma), wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (Ole Miss), defensive end Nick Bosa (Ohio State), and linebacker Devin Bush (Michigan), with more players to be added soon.
Each player is depicted in an action pose on a textured football field base with a 3D backdrop featuring the gates or other notable landmark from each player’s college home field.
These bobbleheads are handcrafted to depict impressive young players that collegiate and professional football fans will be cheering on for years to come. Each bobble stands approximately eight inches tall, making them the perfect addition to any collection at home, or any desk at work or school.
