With COVID postponing the season, the possibility of Big Ten football looked doubtful at best. Combined with the protests over social injustice in the country, it was an offseason few will ever forget.
Despite that, the Michigan Wolverines stuck together, speaking out for justice, marching through Ann Arbor, and continuing to prepare for a season that was still in flux. Continuing to compete with one another, ready for a possible return.
Their perseverance was rewarded, with the Big Ten season kicking off for the Wolverines on 10/24/2020 against the Minnesota Golden Gophers for the battle of the Little Brown Jug. Go Blue.
