A veteran on the Michigan Wolverines will be leaving the program. Punter Will Hart has announced he’ll be entering the transfer portal.
I am forever thankful for The University of Michigan and Michigan Football for providing me with such a great experience. I am now seeking a graduate transfer opportunity for my final year of eligibility! #GoBlue @_Mike_McCabe pic.twitter.com/RMAH9sy4dy

“I am forever thankful for The University of Michigan and Michigan Football for providing me with such a great experience,” Hart said on Twitter. “I am now seeking a graduate transfer opportunity for my final year of eligibility! #GoBlue”
Hart had one heck of a year for Michigan back in 2018, where he was a semi-finalist for the Ray Guy Award and was named the Big Ten Punter of the Year. Hart had 19 punts that went over 50 yards that season. In 2019 his average dipped from 46.98 to 44.24 yards per punt, and this season that average was 37.75 in two games before Brad Robbins took over duties.
Hart will be sure to latch on somewhere, as many programs will see his 2018 output and hope he returns to that form.
