The Michigan Wolverines have found themselves in a precarious situation as a football program. They sit alone as the only Big Ten program that has a head coach on a contract ending in 2021. They sit alone as the only Big Ten program had has a head coach on a contract ending in 2022. They sit alone...
Okay, I won’t continue to repeat myself, but all other programs have coaches on contracts until 2024 or beyond. There are no other power 5 programs that have a contract on a shorter one that Michigan has for Jim Harbaugh, currently.
So how did they get to this point? What could they have done differently and what will they do? In the first of two videos, I break down exactly that, focusing specifically on the negative recruiting this contract situation can have on Michigan. Timestamps can be found below:

As a brief aside, please consider donating to a fundraiser I’ve started for No Kids Hungry. They’re an organization providing meals to children who desperately need them. I could think of no other way to give back this holiday season than trying to help feed those in need.
If you cannot donate, I’ll be matching $1 for every like on each video released from this one until Christmas. So please consider liking the video to contribute, as well! Stay tuned for part 2 of this video, where I dive into my best guess for what Michigan will do.
