Michigan starts as heavy betting favorite against Indiana

The Wolverines return home and are a big favorite.

Even though the Michigan Wolverines couldn’t get the job done as the favorite on the road against the Michigan State Spartans on Saturday, they'll have another chance to cover this week’s spread as a favorite at home against the Indiana Hoosiers.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Wolverines are a 20-point favorite against Indiana at the Big House next Saturday. The over/under started at 49.

The Wolverines lost to Indiana last year in Bloomington, their first loss against the Hoosiers since 1987. But Michigan hasn’t lost to Indiana at home since 1967, and with Indiana having a down season in 2021 at an overall record of 2-6, Michigan very well could get back on track next weekend in the friendly confines of Michigan Stadium.

Michigan and Indiana play next Saturday at the Big House under the lights at 7:30 p.m. on FOX.
