No night game in Happy Valley next weekend — the Michigan Wolverines will be traveling to Penn State and it’ll be a day game.

The Big Ten announced Michigan vs. Penn State will be at 12 p.m. ET on ABC.

While the game won’t be a ‘white out’, it’ll be close to one at Beaver Stadium — Penn State is calling it a ‘Helmet Stripe Game’, with almost every section in the stadium wearing white, but the middle sections will be wearing blue to reflect the stripe.

Michigan will be heading into Beaver Stadium sitting at 8-1 on the season after 29-7 win over Indiana. Penn State is currently 6-3 after a 31-14 win victory over Maryland.

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is 3-3 vs. the Nittany Lions, dropping the last two in the series. Michigan’s last win at Penn State was back in 2015, when they won 28-16. With a win over Penn State, Michgian will have all the momentum they need heading into a road trip to Maryland and then a home game against Ohio State to close out the season.

The environment at Beaver Stadium will be loud, the crowd will make their presence known, and it’ll be incredibly important for Michigan to start fast and take the crowd out of the game.
