Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NCAA. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged-in Michigan Wolverines fans, and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.
One of my favorite things about college football is the pageantry and traditions that surround some of the elite programs in the country. Never is this more on display than when the Michigan Wolverines and Notre Dame Fighting Irish meet on the football field. The winged helmet squaring up against the golden domes is about as perfect as it gets to me.
This is why it remains a bummer that there have been gaps in the rivalry in modern history, particularly with the one that we are currently in. Michigan defeated Notre Dame by a score of 45-14 in 2019, which is the last scheduled matchup between the two teams until the 2033 season.
During a recent poll of Notre Dame readers using SB Nation’s Reacts survey, the Wolverines are by far the Big Ten team that fans of the Irish want to see on the schedule every year.

Michigan fans love to utter the phrase, “To hell with Notre Dame,” so it begs the question: Is this a series you want to see every year? Vote in our poll below and sound off in the comments section. You can also bring the conversation over to our Discord channel, which can be accessed here.
