The Michigan Wolverines made their first appearance in both the Coaches and AP Polls on Sunday, making their 2021 debut at No. 25 in each. This comes on the heels of the team’s 31-10 drubbing of the Washington Huskies on Saturday night in Ann Arbor.
Michigan is one of five Big Ten teams that appear in this week’s AP Poll, which is now headlined by the Iowa Hawkeyes at No. 5. Ohio State slid to No. 9 after losing to Oregon on Saturday. Penn State (No. 10) and Wisconsin (No. 18) are the other two Big Ten squads represented here.
