Update: A quick analysis of Bush's decision and what he brings can be found here.
The time has come and the decision has been made official.
Class of 2016 linebacker Devin Bush Jr. (Hollywood, Florida) announced on Wednesday afternoon that he has committed to the University of Michigan.
Bush is a four-star prospect and the 11th-ranked inside linebacker in the 2016 class, according to the 247 Composite rankings.
He told Scout over the weekend that he had his school picked out and is comfortable with the decision. Now, he joins a program that needs him to help rebuild the position group.
Michigan was able to secure his commitment and keep him away from the in-state Florida State Seminoles, a school where his father attended.
Bush has two teammates currently committed to the Wolverines in safeties Devin Gil and Josh Metellus, both three-star prospects. Michigan was able to strike a relationship with all three players during the satellite camp tour stop in Miami, Florida over the summer.
Bush is the 22nd commitment in Michigan's 2016 class.
