Burnett is a three-star prospect and the 85th ranked wide receiver in the 2015 class, according to the 247 Composite. He was offered by the Wolverines' staff on Jan. 28.
He gives Michigan their first true wide receiver commit in the class with the possibility of also flipping four-star prospect Van Jefferson from Ole Miss. Both took their official visits to Ann Arbor this weekend.
Michigan now has ten 2015 commitments heading into National Signing Day on Wednesday with as many as seven more spots left to fill.
