Update: It looks like Marcelino Ball was not offered today, per Brandon Brown of the Wolverine.

The biggest news of the day came from Michigan's upset win on the basketball court against the rival Ohio State Buckeyes, but Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverine football program made some news of their own over the weekend.

Michigan continues to add to their list of offered 2016 football prospects, extending three more pledges throughout the day, per Rivals.

The first comes in the form defensive end Bryson Young (Clovis, California). Young is a three-star prospect and the 27th ranked weak side defensive end in the class, per the 247 Composite. He was offered Saturday.

The next offer went out to of wide receiver Charlie Woerner (Tiger, Georgia). Woerner is a four-star prospect and the 19th ranked receiver in the class, per the 247 Composite. He has the look of a player that could make the switch to tight end at the college level.

Finally, the Wolverines offered safety Marcelino Ball (Roswell, Georgia). Ball is currently unranked by the major recruiting services.

Michigan continues to cast a wide net on the recruiting trail. Once visits start happening, commitments should follow.
