Overview

There are some big changes in this edition, obviously.

Ahmir Mitchell is included, but Naseir Upshur looks like he is headed the way of Florida State. Things have been trending in that direction in a big way. Expect them to pick up their pursuit of four-star Jacob Mathis.

Connor Murphy is back in. He has a great relationship with Jim Harbaugh and staff and that should be able to bring him to Ann Arbor from Phoenix.

Rashan Gary would obviously be the icing on the cake for the class, but there are still a fair amount of national powers going after him hard, like Auburn, LSU and more. I still like Michigan's chances here, but it will take the momentum of a strong season to land him.

Carlo Kemp is in as a linebacker, though some see him as a defensive end. Regardless, Michigan will likely get a commitment from him at some point.

Speaking of linebackers, Dele Harding, while committed still, is not included here again. We have heard next to nothing on his recruitment while Michigan still recruits linebackers hard, so expect a parting of the ways at some point.

Lavert Hill seems to be the biggest "will he or won't he" right now in terms of if he will flip from Penn State to the Wolverines. A source I've spoken to close to the situation still believes he will end up at Michigan.

There is an asterisk next to Benjamin St. Juste due to the fact that he looks like he is headed for the 2017 class, but he is included here for now, giving Michigan 28 possible commitments.
