We are almost there, folks.
With only nine days left until National Signing Day 2016 and new information emerging daily about Michigan's haul of prospects, it is time for another look at how the class is set to finish out.
There are some notable updates in this edition as opposed to last week's.

4* Jordan Elliott (Houston, Texas) [Defensive Tackle]
This is the biggest change. After saying for weeks he was solid in his Michigan commitment and would take no other visits, he decided to take an official to Texas this weekend. It remains unclear what led to this, but if one were to guess, it may have to do with the pursuit of Michael Dwumfour and renewed interest from Boss Tagaloa, who the staff is very high on.
It also could be that he is just having second thoughts. We don't really know for sure at this point, as he has shut down media contact in recent days.
Michigan will be visiting him this week, so we will see if he reaffirms his commitment or decides to open things back up.
3* Nate Johnson (Thompson's Station, Tennessee) [Wide Receiver]
How the wide receiver board shakes out is one of the more interesting storylines heading into signing day. The staff likes Johnson, but it seems he has cooled in his commitment and is trending the way of Notre Dame. Also, Michigan has seen renewed interest from Eddie McDoom and Donald Stewart.
Two of Johnson, McDoom, Stewart and Pie Young will end up in this class. As shown above, I have Johnson and Young on the outside looking in currently.
3* Dytarious Johnson (Prattville, Alabama) [Linebacker]
Multiple sources have made it clear to me recently that Johnson was on the bubble, but I decided to leave him in the mix. With the commitments of Mbem-Bosse and Uche, I've decided to drop Johnson from the list. We will have to wait and see what happens here.
3* Rashad Weaver (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) [Defensive End]
Weaver still sits here, as he was last week. While still committed, it is looking more and more likely he will sign elsewhere.
