He committed to the Wolverines back in June during the satellite camp tour through Florida.
Weaver is the second former commit in as many weeks to come out and say that Harbaugh and the staff was not up front with him about his status in the class. He told me in an interview this past November that he did not hear from the staff often and that D.J. Durkin contacted him every once in awhile.
He is a three-star prospect and the 91st-ranked defensive tackle in the class, according to the 247 Composite.
After three commitments in the past two days, Weaver's decision to move on drops Michigan back down to 24 commits with Feb. 3 quickly approaching.
