The Wolverines gained their first commitment of the 2018 class in the form of linebacker Antwaun Johnson (Springfield, Ohio).

Johnson is a four-star prospect and the third-ranked inside linebacker in the 2018 cycle, according to 247 Sports' rankings.
He stands at 6-1, 210 pounds entering his junior season of football at Springfield High, which is about 45 minutes away from Columbus.
Don Brown and Mike Zordich were the main two coaches that recruited him, also per 247.
Johnson is set to make a trip to Ann Arbor for the Spring Game on April 1. He was offered by the Wolverines back in January.
