Michigan offered another slew of young talent this week. Below is the list of all of them!

NCAA Football: Rutgers at Michigan Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

2019 Quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa

Starting off the list strong this week! Michigan offered the younger brother of Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. You know, the true freshman that launched a bomb for a touchdown in overtime on 2nd and forever in the National Championship game?

Tagovailoa is 5-foot-11 and 202 pounds and currently resides in Alabaster, Alabama. He is the 349th ranked overall recruit and the ninth ranked pro-style quarterback in his class, per 247Sports’ composite. Berghorst has other notable offers from Michigan State, Kentucky, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa State and Nebraska. The 247Sports Crystal Ball currently favors Michigan State with 88 percent of the picks, but Michigan holds onto the other 12 percent.

The offensive lineman’s other notable offers come from UCF, Kentucky and South Carolina.

2019 Offensive Lineman Carter Colquitt

The run of 2019 offensive linemen continues with the 6-foot-6, 295-pound Carter Colquitt. Hailing from Buford, Georgia, Colquitt is the 448th ranked overall recruit and the 51st ranked offensive tackle in his class, per 247Sports’ composite.

He may have a low ranking as of now, but he does have other offers from great schools, including Clemson, Michigan State, Oregon, Auburn, Florida, Penn State, Louisville, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt and more.

2019 Offensive Lineman Karsen Barnhart

Barnhart is another local product — Paw Paw, Michigan — and is listed at 6-foot-4 and 282 pounds. He does not have a composite score yet, but 247Sports lists him as their 334th overall ranked recruit and the 42nd ranked offensive tackle in his class. He has other offers from Michigan State, Indiana, Iowa, Iowa State, Kentucky and others.

2019 Offensive Lineman Dontae Lucas

For all of you who complained last week about their not being enough offensive lineman offered by Michigan...well, I don’t think you can complain now.

Lucas is from Miami, Florida and is listed at 6-foot-3 and 323 (!) pounds. He is ranked the 179th overall recruit and the eighth ranked guard in his class, per 247Sports’ composite.

Lucas’ offer sheet is pretty impressive — Alabama, Florida, Auburn, Miami (FL), Florida State, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Penn State and West Virginia, among others.

Playing his high school ball at Brandenton, Florida’s IMG Academy, Akporoghene is listed art 6-foot-5 and 275 pounds. He is the 1051st ranked overall prospect and the 90th ranked offensive tackle in his class, per 247Sports’ composite.

Despite his low ranking, he has offers from elite programs, including Clemson, Florida State, Tennessee, Oregon, South Carolina, West Virginia and others.

2019 Offensive Lineman Amari Kight

As a high school junior, Kight is already a monster standing at 6-foot-7 and 315 pounds. He is a four-star and is the 145th ranked player and 17th ranked offensive tackle in his class, per 247Sports’ composite. Kight is from Alabaster, Alabama.

Kight already holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, LSU, Ole Miss, Oregon, Texas A&M and others. He is going to be a well-wanted player when it’s all said and done.

2019 Linebacker Kalen Deloach

Deloach hails from Savannah, Georgia and is listed at 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds. He is ranked the 185th overall recruit and the 11th ranked outside linebacker in the 2019 class, according to 247Sports.

2019 Defensive End Collin Clay

Clay is one of the first kids from Oklahoma that I’ve seen Michigan extend an offer to in a little while. He is the 530th ranked overall player and the 37th ranked strong-side defensive end in his class, per 247Sports’ composite. He is listed at 6-foot-5 and 229 pounds.

Clay’s offer sheet is pretty good right now for his low ranking — Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Florida, Georgia, Iowa State, Minnesota, Colorado, Arkansas and more.

2020 Linebacker DeaMonte Trayanum

Listed at 6-foot and 205 pounds, Trayanum is from Akron, Ohio and is actually teammates with current Michigan 2019 commit Nolan Rumler. Trayanum does not have a ranking at this time, but would be elite given his first two offers before Michigan pulled the trigger — Notre Dame and Ohio State.

2020 Wide Receiver Jaden Dottin

Listed at 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds, Dottin hails from Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is currently only a three-star (111th ranked overall, 25th receiver per 247Sports’ composite), but that will surely change as the recruiting year goes on.

Dottin holds offers from some elite programs including Ohio State, Penn State and Clemson. He also has offers from North Carolina, Boston College, UConn, Maryland, Rutgers, Virginia and Wake Forest.

2020 Quarterback Tyler Van Dyke

Van Dyke is a 6-foot-3.5, 205-pound pro-style quarterback from Glastonbury, Connecticut. He does not yet have a ranking, but holds other offers from some big time schools including Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan State, Louisville, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech, among others.

The high school sophomore already has offers from Ohio State, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Louisville, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt and South Florida.

2020 Defensive Tackle Alex Huntley

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 270 pounds, Huntley is a not-yet ranked defensive tackle from Columbia, South Carolina. His three other offers at the moment are from Georgia, South Carolina and Georgia State.

2020 Wide Receiver Traeshon Holden

Holden, based out of Baltimore, Maryland, is listed at 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds. He does not have a ranking yet, but he does have other offers from Florida, Maryland and Temple.

2020 Running Back Jo’Quavious Marks

2020 Running Back Zachary Evans

Zachary Evans is going to be a name you may want to remember, as I detailed in an exclusive interview I had with him.

Listed at 6-foot and 195 pounds, hailing from Houston, Texas, Evans is the 40th ranked player and the fourth ranked running back in his class, according to 247Sports. He doesn’t have a composite score yet, but he will be ranked very high when he does get it.

As a sophomore in high school, Evans has an extremely impressive offer sheet — Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Ohio State, Texas, Oklahoma, LSU, Miami (FL) and much more.

2020 Defensive Tackle Jamil Burroughs

Burroughs has become a known commodity this past week. Hailing from Powder Springs, Georgia, Burroughs has received scholarships from the Wolverines and Alabama just this week alone. He also has offers from Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. He doesn’t have a ranking yet, but standing at 6-foot-2 and 280 pounds, he will end up being a very wanted player when it’s time for him to pick a school.

2021 Defensive End Jack Sawyer

Michigan doesn’t extend offers to high school freshman often, but Pickerington, Ohio native Jack Sawyer might be an exception.

Standing at 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds (as a freshman!!!), Sawyer already has offers to play at Ohio State, Michigan State, Cincinnati and Pitt. This kid will more than likely be a top recruit in his class when it’s all said and done if he is already getting offers from big time schools like Michigan and Ohio State, so it’s a good thing U-M pulled the trigger and sent out an offer so early on him.

2021 Linebacker Chaz Chambliss

Chambliss is from Carrollton, Georgia and is listed at 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds. He does not have a ranking yet, and his only other offer is from South Carolina.

2021 Linebacker Aaron Willis

Listed at 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds, Willis is based out of Richmond, Virginia. He does not have a ranking yet, but he has other offers from Florida and Maryland.

Based out of Leesburg, Georgia, Hopson is listed at 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds. He is not ranked yet, and Michigan is the first school to offer Hopson a scholarship.
